By one man

“For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many. For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ” Romans 5:15 & 17, NKJV.

I’m glad one man made everything alright. By one man Adam, sin entered into the world and death by it, but by one man Jesus Christ, the gift of grace and righteousness now abounds towards you.

God wants it to make sense to you and that you freely receive that one man set you free. If it only took one man to make you bound, it makes sense that by one man you’re now made free. If by one man you had trouble, by one man you’ve been delivered and can overcome all trouble. By one man you became powerless, and now by one man you have power.

Adam brought the anchor to your sin, but now Jesus is the anchor of your righteousness. The anchor of your salvation and redeemer. Where sin abounded, grace abounds much more. One man started it, but one man finished it. One man was a a key that locked the door, but one man was the key that opened every door for you. You are free to be all that God has called you to be.

Prayer: Father, thank You for Your abounding grace. Thank you Jesus for redemption and righteousness. I stand in you without sin. You have made me free indeed. One man made everything alright. Help me to let go of everything behind me and press forward. I can reign in life through Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
